Domaine de Rabusas
Domaine de Rabusas is headed up by Bernard Perret, a lover of the land, firmly attached to his winemaking traditions.
Bernard breathed new life into this family Domaine handed down to him by his forefathers, and has made substantial investments to transform it into a modern operation. Having slowly extended the vineyards, he has now turned to making his own wine on the estate, allowing him to gain a thorough understanding of his vines and promoting overall excellence.
As soon as the harvest is brought in, the winemaking process begins, in a winery fitted with the latest equipment. Vinification focuses fully on the fruit. Fermentation temperatures are strictly controlled until the wine reaches its peak.
The Côtes du Rhône-Villages are smooth, vibrant wines. Reds are a deep ruby colour, while whites are shimmering gold. Both are perfect for cellaring.
The Mediterranean climate, the Mistral and the richness of the chalky clay soils give these wines their typicity and the delicious array of flavours in each cuvee. Terroir also clearly puts its stamp on the wines – they are dense and fruity with excellent ageing potential.
